2011 Distance Goals (through Mar)

Here's an update on where I'm at on my 2011 distance goals...

Swim: 175,000 yards
YTD Target = 43,749 yards
YTD Actual = 37,615 yards
Delta: (6,135 yards)

Bike: 2,000 miles
YTD Target = 500 miles
YTD Actual = 742.5 miles
Delta: +242 miles

Run: 500 miles
YTD Target = 125 miles
YTD Actual = 172.5 miles
Delta: +47 miles

I had a really good March as far as biking and running go, but only got in about 60% of my swimming volume. I'm attributing it to spending 3 weeks in Taiwan. I've hit the swimming hard since I've been back though. Only 1 week into April, I've already matched my whole March volume!

    I also bet you could easily run 1,000+ miles in one year.
