April Update - 2011 Distance Goals

Here's another update on where I'm at on my 2011 distance goals...

Swim: 175,000 yards
YTD Target = 58,333 yards
YTD Actual = 70,930 yards
Delta: +12,597 yards)
Percent Complete: 41%

Bike: 2,000 miles
YTD Target = 667 miles
YTD Actual = 1,222 miles
Delta: +555 miles
Percent Complete: 61%

Run: 500 miles
YTD Target = 167 miles
YTD Actual = 241 miles
Delta: +74 miles
Percent Complete: 48%

So, I turned things around quite a bit on the swim compared to last month! I put in 33,315 yards in the water, 480 miles on the bike, and 69 miles on my feet in April. Ironman training has definitely been keeping me busy. I expected to be ahead of pace on these yearly goals as the miles will be front loaded over the year. Once my baby girl arrives in July, I'm sure I'll slow down a bit. :)
